The Role and Deliverables Deliver complex CRM and lifecycle marketing solutions using Braze. Design and build personalised customer journeys across email, push notifications, and app channels. Gather client requirements and translate business objectives into technical specifications for development teams. Use Liquid scripting within Braze to create and support advanced personalisation and campaign functionality. Evaluate data and MarTech infrastructure to recommend scalable customer engagement solutions.
