Brand Specialist (Supervisor) - Tom Ford MenswearJob IntroductionAs Tom Ford''s Brand Specialist you will:Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and effectively managing complaints when they ariseEnsure the highest level of MTM services is provided while conveying in-depth knowledge of fabric and custom suit products, including composition, style etcDemonstrate consistent high level of sales productivity, with an entrepreneurial approach in supporting MTM events, assisting in the process with other team members and providing technical expertise to manage customer questions.
