Brand Partnerships Director
to drive media sales and brand partnerships for Hypebeast and Hypebae in the UK.We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven record in media sales, plus a demonstrable passion for digital media and innovation. Someone who loves our platforms and is experienced in generating significant revenue from UK-based agencies and clients.This is a great opportunity for a candidate with the vision to produce leading-edge, multi-platform, social and digital programs for the world’s premium advertisers.Responsibilities
Generate significant advertising revenue by growing relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients.Solicit RFPs as well as unlocking proactive new business opportunities.Sell online, offline and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights.Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative planning teams and pitch creative proposals.Coordinate with Account Servicing teams to ensure delivery of successful ad campaigns.Provide accurate forecasting and reporting.Represent Hypebeast at events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our core narratives and reinforcing the leading position Hypebeast holds in the marketplace.Requirements
5-7 years media sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.Strong, existing relationships with mid/senior level UK clients and agencies.Outstanding communications and negotiation skills.Flawless presentation skills, and the ability to lead strategic conversations that navigate the needs of Hypebeast and the client.In-depth knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements.Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly-creative organisation.Highly organised and results driven.A drive for success at a personal, team, and corporate level.If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV and expected salary.This position is based and located in London.
