Brand Marketing Manager

The Talent Set is delighted to be working with a leading children''s charity to recruit a Brand Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at an important stage in the development of its refreshed brand. You will lead and support integrated brand marketing activity, help embed the brand across the organisation and work closely with fundraising teams to deliver audience-led campaigns that build awareness, strengthen the charity''s reputation and support fundraising outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated brand marketing campaigns and activity. Manage projects from initial briefing through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure campaigns are rooted in audience insight and represent the charity''s brand strategy and identity effectively. Work closely with fundraising teams to develop integrated, audience-led and brand-building campaigns. Champion the brand internally and help teams understand how it should be applied across communications, campaigns and partner activity. Support the continued implementation and embedding of the refreshed brand across the organisation. Develop ways to track and measure brand performance, using data and research to produce actionable insights. Monitor campaign and brand KPIs, making recommendations to improve future activity.
