Brand Marketing ManagerBelfast Competitive MCS are delighted to introduce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Manager to join a growing, established consumer brand business based in Belfast.The successful candidate will take ownership of brand strategy, content and community engagement across two established lifestyle brands, with responsibility for strengthening brand awareness, engagement and customer advocacy across UK and international markets.Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will work closely with sales, customer service and e-commerce teams. You will also manage an in-house graphic design team and oversee relationships with external agencies, influencers and creative partners.This is a hands-on and commercially focused role, ideal for an experienced brand marketer who combines strategic thinking with creativity and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own brand-led content plans to increase engagement across both brands.Create compelling visual and written content aligned with each brand''s tone of voice and positioning.Develop brand narratives, product stories and range-focused content.Establish and maintain brand guidelines, style guidelines and overall brand vision.Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms.Build meaningful relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners.Develop online collaborations, ..... full job details .....
