We are looking for an ambitious, purpose-driven, results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to join the Brand Marketing team as mat cover on a fixed term contract of up to 11 months, with potential to stay on within the company. You’ll help grow an iconic brand shaping the future of female health through medical credibility, knowledge, and community.Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns based on business priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (across marketing, creative, product marketing, product) to build integrated channel plansApply Flo''s core narratives into messaging + creative strategies across key projects and campaignsManage asset production and ensure they''re optimised for impact and a joined-up user experienceManage the brand marketing and campaign calendar for the year, identifying key moments to activate based on consumer insights, behaviours and trendsOwn the campaign budgets in order to make the biggest impact. Think big brand energy, with no spend wasted.Measure and report campaign results, feeding insights and learnings into future activityYour Experience

Must have:5+ years of relevant brand or integrated marketing experienceExperience in building brand / integrated campaigns for consumer apps, from ideation to executionAbility to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.Experienced in balancing short term tactics with longer term strategic deliverables.Experience briefing and managing creative production (ideally internal resource and experience in managing external agencies)Experience in working cross-functionally (including organic social, influencer, UA, product, creative, comms), managing stakeholders and mobilising different teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and promoted across channels.Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, female health and well-being brands, market dynamics and core consumer audience. Experience in health or femtech preferred.Experience working for consumer apps, understanding the importance of marketing to current and new audiences - and building marketing plans that are optimized for an app businessExperience in marketing planning and budgeting, tracking campaign performance and optimising for success.A bit about youAble to work independently with minimal guidanceGo-getter attitude, self-motivated, optimistStrong attention to detail and organisedStrong written and oral communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree in an academic or business specialtySalary on offer up to £70kHow we workWe’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
