This role is inspired and supported by the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. Salary: £35,000 per annum.Responsibilities

Design / collateral leadManagement of brand guidelines and co-ordinationAsset development and managementManage the production of all print/digital collateral including materials for FandB outlets, partnership documents and sales materialsDevelop marketing assets with a focus on photography/videography; lead art direction and briefing on internal photoshootsCollaborate with external agencies and brand partners to ensure activity aligns with The Savoy’s wider marketing strategy and brand valuesRespond to marketing enquiries (collaborations, filming opportunities); identify value and key opportunitiesFacilitate photo shoots/filming with brand partners, talent or media collaborators to deliver high quality assetsUphold and maintain The Savoy brand name across projects; manage and communicate brand guidelinesParticipate in daily team meetings and monthly departmental meetingsLead internal communications and drive industry engagementCarry out additional tasks as instructed by the leadership teamQualifications

At least 3 years brand experience, preferably in marketing/communicationsWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and OutlookStrong experience with photo editing platforms such as InDesign and PhotoshopExperience in facilitating photoshoots, developing briefs and creating moodboardsA strong understanding of social media and creative contentInterest in the UK/global media landscape with an understanding of earned mediaExperience working with VIP/influencer talent would be preferableOutstanding written and verbal communications skillsConfident and dynamic speaker; able to interact effectively at all levelsEnthusiastic and positive with the ability to build trustProven organizational skills; able to set and meet deadlines with quality resultsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureWhat’s in it for you?
