Brand Manager Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working - 3 days office, 2 days home)Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Company Benefits Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand with a strong presence across retail, e-commerce, and digital channels. Known for innovation, creativity, and customer-centric product development, they are looking to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand growth. As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting into Marketing Director you will be responsible for delivering brand campaigns, managing product launches, and leading one direct report. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional with previous brand management experience within consumer products, beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR channels. Manage the full product launch lifecycle, from concept through to market execution. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with sales, product development, and external agency partners.
