Brand Manager - Heritage

Position: Brand Manager

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a globally renowned, family-owned drinks business in the search for a Brand Manager to help shape their portfolio of Heritage spirits.

The Role:

• Deliver brand initiatives in line with the Business Plan to meet commercial, consumer, and financial targets.
• Adapt global toolkits and assets into impactful local campaigns that resonate with UK consumers.
• Partner with Customer Marketing team to execute activation across all channels with consistent brand representation.
• Build strong relationships with global brand teams to align on strategy and share best practices.
• Work closely with Insights & Connections to embed consumer behaviour insights into campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor brand and market performance to identify opportunities or risks, adjusting plans as needed to stay ahead.
• Lead and coordinate agency partners to drive engaging, integrated brand experiences across touchpoints.

About You:

• Proven experience in brand management, ideally in spirits, drinks, or wider FMCG.
• Experienced in executing impactful campaigns in line with brand guidelnes.
• Commercially aware, analytical, and insight-driven.
• Passionate about brand heritage, with strong storytelling instincts and excellent stakeholder skills.
