Working closely with the wider business and leadership team, you''ll help shape and deliver campaigns, content, CRM activity and market insight across the fashion, retail and wider consumer sectors. It''s a broad role with plenty of ownership, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the quarterly marketing plan, from strategy through to execution. Proactively bring new ideas, recommendations and initiatives that support business growth and wider commercial objectives. Track performance, understand what works and use data and insight to shape future activity. Maintain a consistent, relevant and distinctive approach across marketing channels and touchpoints. Create and manage targeted CRM communications, audience campaigns and automated marketing journeys. Use audience segmentation to ensure relevant content reaches the right people at the right time. Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity. Identify opportunities to improve database quality, segmentation, CRM activity and marketing automation.
