This is a temp to perm part time role with overtime available and duties of the role will include a mix of customer service, sales support and occasional delivery driving to customers (Full UK Driving License required) . Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services. Carry out customer visits and occasional outbound sales calls. Process orders, transactions, and customer enquiries using internal systems. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment. Support with stock management and general branch duties.
