you’ll be responsible for:

Leading, developing and motivating our great teamFocusing on sales and growthProviding excellent customer service , building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManagement of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health and safety and leadership/ people management of the team.
