They''re now looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of their Glossop branch. You''ll be leading the team, driving new business, and growing the branch''s services and profitability, all while becoming a familiar and trusted face in the local community. What you''ll be doing Managing, motivating and developing the branch team to deliver consistently high performance Owning branch forecasting and PandL, tracking performance against targets and taking action to close any gaps Winning new listings and instructions, driving business development across sales and lettings Growing the branch''s overall profitability through effective leadership and commercial decision-making Strategically planning growth especially in lettings Embedding yourself within the local area to build the branch''s profile, reputation and market share Networking with local businesses, contacts and referral sources to generate new opportunities Mentoring team members and providing guidance and support to ..... full job details .....
