Based in Wandsworth, the branch works tirelessly to rescue and care for animals in need, promote animal welfare and inspire compassion within local communities. We are seeking an Interim Branch Manager to provide leadership and stability during a six-month period while also helping strengthen key operational and people processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees, this is a varied and autonomous role that combines operational management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement and organisational improvement. Key responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the branch Support and develop staff and volunteers Manage performance and ensure effective people management practices Work closely with Trustees and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders Oversee branch operations, administration, compliance and health and safety Support income generation activities including retail operations, online sales, grants and fundraising initiatives Review and improve ..... full job details .....
