Branch Manager

The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We are GLAA licenced, REC & ALP members, SafeRec+ Sedex and FCSA members with our own inhouse PAYE.

We require a Branch Manager to lead our Spalding Office. Established in 2018, the branch specialised in Driving and Industrial Recruitment including field workers, production warehousing and drivers. The branch does have established industrial and driving plans and operates with a team of 3 staff plus a manager.

We require

• High Street Recruitment Agency Office 360 sales and servicing Recruitment experience
• Experience of working in Driving or Industrial 360 Recruitment.
• Experience of Business Development including converting new business and warm client sales leads, telemarketing to potential new clients
• Client servicing and financial planning including face to face client meetings and commercials
• The understanding of and ambition to grow and build your branch
• Experience dealing with recruitment compliance
• The ability to communicate with our diverse workforce.
• Able to work with computerised systems
• The will to succeed with support from Management Team

We offer:-

• Industry standard salary from approx -38,000 to -45,000 basic salary dependant on experience (negotiable) with branch bonus and growth bonuses, genuine OTE -55,000 - -60,000 per annum
• This role would suit a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to move upwards, or an experienced Branch / Business Development Manager
• We currently operate in the Driving and Industrial markets - we are looking for additional regional growth in our Driving, Industrial and GLAA field work divisions
• Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and growth bonuses from day 1
• 9am - 5pm work hours with early finish if your work is done
