Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Brighton. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage the sales and lettings teams, and ensure high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, handling client inquiries, managing branch finances, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also engage with the community to build strong relationships and increase the branch''s market presence.
Qualifications
Experience in estate agency or property management
Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of marketing and promotional strategies
Financial management acumen
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in estate agency
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
