Are you a Branch Manager, Operations Manager or Commercial Manager from a domestic installation background looking for a role where you can take full ownership of a flagship branch and genuinely shape how the business operates day to day?

On offer is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where you will stabilise and structure a busy renewables installation branch, improve operational performance and build a strong, accountable culture across the office and delivery teams.

You will be joining an established domestic renewables specialist (heat pumps and solar PV, with future plans to expand their service offering) who are actively growing, creating real scope to broaden your remit and progress as the patch expands.

In this role you will run the York branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, improving planning and stock control, and working closely across sales/marketing and finance to drive performance and standards.

This role would suit a resilient, hands-on leader from a domestic installation business who wants autonomy, responsibility and a clear route to grow with an expanding company.

The Role:

• Branch leadership role within a domestic renewables installation business (heat pumps / solar PV)
• Implement processes and improve operational standards across the branch
• Work closely with sales/marketing and finance to drive performance
• Office-based role in York
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours (7:30am - 4:30pm)

The Person:

• Experience managing/leading within a domestic installation business
• Technical understanding of heat pumps, solar PV and/or air conditioning systems
• Commercial awareness across operations, finance and sales/marketing
