Job Title: Recruitment Branch Manager/or Area Manager Location: Weymouth Dorset Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + bonuses Working Pattern: Full-time, flexible/hybrid working available Sector Focus: Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution Team Size: Managing a team of consultants About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or Area Manager to lead and continuing growing my clients Weymouth office which has been established for 12 years and has a dedicated client base This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with a strong footprint in the Industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors. You will take full operational responsibility for the branch, lead a team of consultants, and drive business growth through strategic development, exceptional leadership, and hands-on recruitment.
