OverviewBranch Manager - Cowley

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE + Company CarHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The RoleAs a Branch Manager, you''ll be responsible for:

Managing and growing our client base through business development and account management

Recruiting and placing temporary and permanent candidates into industrial, logistics, or commercial roles

Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

Leading by example and supporting team members through development

Working to and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs

What We''re Looking For

Proven success in previous recruitment role (industrial, driving, or commercial preferred)

Strong business development skills - you\''re confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for recruitment

A full UK driving licence (essential)
