Leading, supporting and developing a team of Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and care professionals. Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet service requirements. Monitoring care quality and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards. Managing branch performance, budgets and operational targets.
