The role of the Branch Manager – Industrial Doors will involve:

  • Branch Manager position promoting the manufacturer, service & repair of industrial  doors and associated products; shutters and access systems
  • Day to day running on the Manchester branch
  • Managing and developing a team of 30 engineers and internal employees
  • Responsible for the preparation, management, and analysis of monthly and annual P&L, ensuring accuracy, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Whilst based from the Manchester office you will also be pro-active on the road, visiting clients and upselling across the North West
  • Liaise with an array of clients within; industrial, government and retail sectors
  • Implement strategies to improve the business, analysing risk and where processes may fail
  • Ensure contracts are organised, running smoothly and completed
  • Responsible for training, development and recruitment of staff
  • Monitor, analyse and set targets for employees

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Industrial Doors with:

  • Must have Branch Management, Senior Sales or Operational experience within the industrial door or related sectors
  • Must have people management experience (Ideally 15+ teams)
  • Ideally have P&L performance and annual turnover of approximately £5m+
  • Looking for an innovative, pro-active thinker with a great attitude
  • Must be commercially astute
  • Able to think outside of the box
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills and good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
