Background in automotive aftermarket / motor factor / parts distribution is essentialProven experience leading and developing operational teamsStrong understanding of warehouse and distribution functions - pick, pack, despatch, goods-inNaturally organised with the ability to juggle tasks and priorities under pressureSolid knowledge of Health and Safety, process compliance, and warehouse KPIsComfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office toolsA confident leader who can spot issues and implement improvements before they become problemsKey Responsibilities

Manage all daily branch activities including warehousing, customer service, and distributionDrive productivity and ensure accurate, on-time deliveriesLead, train, and support your team to maintain high standards of performance and safetyEnsure full compliance with HandS procedures and company policiesCoordinate physical stock takes and ensure accurate reportingLiaise with procurement and suppliers to resolve supply chain issuesApply with Confidence
