Are you a natural leader with a head for business and a passion for great customer service Golden Larch are a leading supplier of fencing materials on the south coast, and looking for a Branch Manager to join our sales team. We provide ourselves on price, range and convivence. What You'll Be Doing: This is a hands-on sales role. Lead, motivate and develop your branch team to deliver exceptional service and performance. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, and spot and secure new business opportunities. Take ownership of the day-to-day sales and operations. Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and keep the yard organised, well-presented and easy for customers to shop. Champion a culture of safety and wellbeing in line with company policy. Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 17:00; Friday, 07:30 to 16:30. Every sixth Saturday morning on rota from 08:00 to 13:00.
