Lead, motivate and develop your branch team to deliver exceptional service and performance.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, and spot and secure new business opportunities.Take ownership of the day-to-day sales and operations.Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and keep the yard organised, well-presented and easy for customers to shop.Champion a culture of safety and wellbeing in line with company policy.Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 17:00; Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.
