Join the Golden Larch Fencing Sales as a Branch Manager.Are you a natural leader with a head for business and a passion for great customer service Golden Larch are a leading supplier of fencing materials on the south coast, and looking for a Branch Manager to join our sales team. We provide ourselves on price, range and convivence.What You''ll Be Doing:This is a hands-on sales role. Lead, motivate and develop your branch team to deliver exceptional service and performance.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, and spot and secure new business opportunities.Take ownership of the day-to-day sales and operations.Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and keep the yard organised, well-presented and easy for customers to shop.Champion a culture of safety and wellbeing in line with company policy.Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 17:00; Friday, 07:30 to 16:30. Every sixth Saturday morning on rota from 08:00 to 13:00.What You Bring To The Table:Proven experience in branch, depot or operational management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Commercially minded, with sound financial understanding.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office.A commitment to high safety and service standards.What Is In It For You:Pay: Starting £40,000Employee and store discountsFree on-site ..... full job details .....
