The Role As a Branch Manager / Valuer, you will: Take a senior, hands-on role in the management and growth of the branch Carry out market appraisals and secure new property instructions Drive new business and increase market share across the local area Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, applicants, and local clients Manage and develop the branch sales pipeline Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider team Identify opportunities to grow revenue through business development and referrals Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion Develop strong relationships with local businesses and professional contacts Contribute to the overall profitability and strategic growth of the branch Deliver exceptional customer service while representing a premium property brand ..... full job details .....
