The Role As a Branch Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch Conduct team morning meetings and set daily priorities Support, coach, and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets Set and monitor individual and team performance goals Conduct occasional property valuations (this is a branch-focused role) Drive overall branch performance and business growth Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions Branch Manager Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of the estate agency sector Proven ability to motivate, support, and develop a team Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle Passion for property and delivering results Local area knowledge (advantageous) What''s on Offer?
