Branch Manager (Estate Agency)

GMP Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with a well-known, industry leading Estate Agency in Gloucester, with a strong presence across the region. We are supporting their recruitment for an ambitious, motivated, and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead the Gloucester team to continued success. This is a full time, permanent position working 9:00am 17:30pm Monday to Friday plus alternative weekends including Saturdays 09:00am 13:00pm with a day off in the week. This position can offer a basic salary of £32,000 plus OTE in the region of £50-60K for producing a high-performing team. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, leading a high-energy sales team and ensuring the branch delivers exceptional results. You will oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, setting targets, implementing strategy, and maintain the company commitment to excellent customer care.
