The Role: - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities as a Brance manager.
•  Manage and motivate your team, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee health and safety to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage profit and loss, sales performance, and key business data.

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

• Proven track record in business management, sales, or business development, and Branch management. 
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and determined with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial management skills
