About the Role

Are you an experienced manager in the automotive aftermarket looking for your next challenge?
We''re recruiting for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a well-established automotive service centre in the Camberley area.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in workshop or branch management - someone who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to new levels.

You''ll take full responsibility for the branch''s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient productivity, and top-quality results for customers. A technical or MOT tester background would be a strong advantage.

What''s on Offer

• Competitive base salary of -45,000 - -55,000 per year
• On-target earnings up to -70,000 including bonuses
• -3,000 welcome payment (paid in instalments over the first 3 months)

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in automotive management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to analyse and improve operational performance
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a drive for excellence
• Experience managing both staff and customer relationships
• Ideally qualified to Level 2/3 in Automotive or MOT tester certified
