Your Role As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, profitability and continued growth of our Muswell Hill residential sales team. Leading from the front, you will motivate, coach and develop your team to maximise performance while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results. You will play a key role in valuing and listing properties, building strong relationships within the local community and ensuring the branch continues to set the standard for excellence across the region.
