The Role Manage the daily activities of the branch, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Lead, motivate and support a small team. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high service levels. Oversee stock control and general branch administration. Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive branch performance. Recruit, train and develop employees when required. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the branch. Work closely with senior management to help achieve business objectives. Responsibility for branch PandL, budgeting and forecasting.
