Branch Assisstant

We’re recruiting for a Branch Assistant to join a leading business in the electrical wholesale sector. This is a varied role where you’ll be dealing with customers on the phone and in person, as well as supporting warehouse operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Serving customers at the trade counter, providing excellent customer service
  
  
• Handling inbound calls and processing customer orders
  
  
• Supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock control
  
  
• Assisting with deliveries and ensuring goods are handled safely and accurately
  
  
• Working closely with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or trade counter role (ideally in electrical wholesale, construction supplies, or similar)
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  
  
• Willingness to support both office and warehouse tasks
  
  
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong team ethic
  
  
• Flexibility to work 1 in 3 Saturdays as part of the rota
