Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Week 1: Monday?Thursday, 6:00am?2:00pm | Friday, 6:00am?1:00pm
Week 2: Monday?Thursday, 2:00pm?10:00pm | Friday, 1:00pm?8:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a fast-growing manufacturing business in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience setting and operating press brakes and ancillary equipment, who takes pride in producing high-quality work safely, efficiently and to the required production standards.

The Role

As a Press Brake Setter, your responsibilities will include:

Setting and operating press brakes and ancillary machinery.

Producing high-quality components at the required production rate.

Ensuring machinery is set correctly and operating efficiently.

Maintaining accurate production and quality records.

Maintaining a clean, organised work area and strong 5S standards.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Following all Health & Safety procedures.

Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Carrying out other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience setting and operating press brakes.

Experience working with ancillary machinery and equipment.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong focus on quality, safety and productivity.
