Bracknell Forest - SP - Duty and Assessment Team - £42 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Duty and Assessment Team within Bracknell Forest Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Undertake robust and timely assessments of children and families referred to the service. Manage complex cases, including Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. Chair multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. Develop and implement care plans focused on achieving positive outcomes. Support and mentor less experienced Social Workers in the team. Maintain accurate, high-quality case recordings in line with statutory guidance.
