The role operates as an independent professional advisory function supporting successful delivery across the project lifecycle. The scheme is currently at the Outline Design Stage, with a Design and Build Contract being utilised as the delivery mechanism. The role is currently based in a Hybrid / Office role, whilst the design and Tender is developed. When the Construction Contract is awarded, the role is also expected to undertake the role of NEC Supervisor and assisting other associated client roles (NEC Project Manager, Commercial Support etc.) in delivery of the scheme. The works for the scheme are currently proposed as; Post Tensioned Concrete Repairs Waterproofing Replacement Resurfacing Bearing Replacement (dependent upon DfT Structures Fund allocation) Abutment Access Construction (Steps) 2.
