Bowling Control Clerk - LeisureDundonald, Belfast 22 hours per week 13.69 per hour / Temp 28 weeks + Hatched Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council for a Bowling Control Clerk to join the Sports Services team within Leisure and Community Wellbeing. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave, based at the council''s bowling facility in Dundonald. About the RoleAs Bowling Control Clerk, you''ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the bowling facility, providing a friendly and efficient service to members of the public. You''ll be the first point of contact for customers using the facility, helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-run leisure environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProviding front-of-house customer service, including greeting and assisting members of the publicProcessing bookings, payments, and transactions accuratelyControlling access to and use of bowling facilities in line with council proceduresMaintaining accurate records relevant to the day-to-day running of the facilityEnsuring compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and council policies at all timesSupporting the wider Leisure and Community Wellbeing team as required About YouPrevious experience in a customer service, leisure, or administrative role is desirableStrong communication skills and a professional, friendly mannerAbility to handle cash/payment transactions accuratelyA flexible, reliable approach to shift-based ..... full job details .....
