Boutique Store Manager – Luxury Watches / Haute Horlogerie

Salary: Competitive salary + bonusType:PermanentLuxury Recruit is working together with a Luxury Watch brand to recruit a Boutique Store Manager for an amazing new store opening concept in London. We are looking to recruit proven retail manager with ambition, drive and passion for luxury retail. You will be working in a true luxury retail sales store and contribute to its success and growth with the right standards of service excellence. Working for an amazing watch brand, you will be able to sell a fantastic product and work in a fast-paced store environment. Making every customer interaction count, you will be able to establish your store in this long-standing destination retail space.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by setting sales targets (both team and individual basis) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies. e.g. focus on specific products, to meet the sales targetUtilize various reports to review and analyse business results in order to purpose an action plan to reach targetsConduct market research on market trend, competitor’s sales to share with managementBe responsible for simplifies PandL: e.g. inventory, discounts, current running expensesBe responsible for KPIs achievement2. Staff Management
Train, position and discipline staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goalsManage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goalsEstablish accountabilities and performance expectations for staffAllocate individual-specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff memberBe responsible for the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the storeEnsure the grooming of the staff aligned with the guidelines of the brandParticipate in the staff recruitment processEncourage and support the individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the storeConduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication3. Inventory Management
Be responsible for inventory management, i.e. managing stock levelSupervise stock transfer, stock take and inventory countsEnsure stock and back up storage if effectively managed in an organized manner4. Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance
Be responsible for applying branch merchandising guidelinesEnsure timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products and best seller items, in order to maximize sales opportunity and meet the brand guidelineMaintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time5. Administrative Management
Oversee all facets of store operations, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etcCompleted requested reports and documentsImplement and support all security measures6. Customer Service (including after-sales service)
Ensure best customer services and brand experience to customers to achieve high customers satisfactionEnsure satisfactory after-sales service to customers in-storeAttend to customer complaints when necessary7. CRM
Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key customersImplement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyaltyCoordinate in-store events with the Marketing teamPROFILE:
