With 180 skills brought together under one roof, the Manufacture creates fine timepieces that combine technical ingenuity with aesthetic beauty and a distinctively understated sophistication.(Permanent, Full-Time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As our Flagship Boutique Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.Key responsibilities:Driving and developing sales, marketing, profitability and client service level in the BoutiqueManaging a proactive and results-oriented team, set goals for all sales associates and motivate the team dailyBuilding the client database and leading client development action plansEnsure that the team understands and is applying the Brand and Group policiesReach sales, product mix and profitability targets set by ManagementDevelop client’s network, establish relationships with high-end clientsUphold the Brand’s customer service standards and policiesManage, develop and control the team, support the Boutique team cultureLead daily and weekly meetings to ensure strong cross functional communication to achieve resultsCoach and organize the trainings in accordance with the development needs of the teamCoordinate special CRM or Marketing programmes together with the Marketing teamMonitor and ensure the highest level of client serviceDeep knowledge of the Boutique client database, and oversee the CRM activityEnsure the best representation of the Brand in the Boutique, with respect to Visual Merchandising guidelines, while supporting sales and product mix objectivesTake part in the Brand events locally and globallySupervise Boutique Administration and Operations (cash, transaction management, stock management, repairs, security)HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Proven track-record managing a luxury flagship boutique, showroom, property coming from direct or similar sector (jewellery and watches, luxury fashion, five-star hotel management, etc.)At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and managementAble to work diplomatically and well with different culturesFluent in English, other languages would be a plusGood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essentialCommitted to ensuring an outstanding client experience in the FlagshipPro-activity and resourceful to generate new business and ideasConfident and interpersonal skills to manage the teamCommitted to excellence in executionTeam player and fair-mindednessWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.• We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.• We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.• We care for the world we live in.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals:1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call2nd Stage – Interview with the Senior HR Business Partner3rd Stage – Interview with the Country Director4th Stage - Interview with the Int.
