About the Role The Boundary Managed Service Lead oversees the design, implementation and ongoing management of boundary security and managed services protecting defence organisations'' network perimeters. You will manage boundary security operations, lead service delivery teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain the security posture of critical defence network boundaries. This role requires deep expertise in boundary security technologies, managed service delivery and defence security protocols. Key Responsibilities Boundary Service Management and Delivery Oversee end-to-end boundary managed service delivery including design, implementation and operations Manage boundary security SLAs, ensuring 100% compliance with availability, performance and security targets Lead boundary security operations team, ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and threat detection Manage boundary service PandL and resource allocation across multiple customer accounts Establish and maintain boundary service quality standards and operational procedures Boundary Architecture and Security Design and implement ..... full job details .....
