Bookkeeper/Credit Control (Flexible Part Time Hours)

The role will initially be 2 days per week (times/days can be flexible) and this can grow overtime for those wishing for more hours.
Tasks as follows:-
-Record customer payments and allocate to invoices
-Process invoices received into Xero
-Process bills received into Xero
-Process bank transactions (e.g. using bank feeds or manual reconciliation)
-Maintain and update accounting records (Xero)
-Chase outstanding payments (light credit control)
-Reconcile bank accounts
-Update cash flow forecasts
-Prepare and send out customer statements
-Generate management reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
-Process staff expense claims
