The Role You''ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, managing their bookkeeping and VAT requirements while supporting the wider team with accounts preparation.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clientsPreparing and submitting VAT returnsProducing management accounts as requiredHandling CIS returnsSupporting with accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesManaging deadlines and workflow effectivelyKeeping managers updated on progress and client work About You Strong bookkeeping experience (ideally within practice)Confident preparing VAT returns and working with multiple clientsExperience with Xero and/or QuickBooksOrganised, able to manage workload and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAAT qualified or studying (desirable, not essential) What''s on Offer Salary £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeRegular social eventsFlexible working options consideredGenuine long-term development ..... full job details .....
