About the roleMaintain accurate financial records including purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and petty cashProcess supplier invoices, subcontractor payments and employee expenses in line with CIS and VAT requirementsRaise and issue sales invoices, manage credit control and track paymentsPrepare and submit VAT returnsAdminister payroll, PAYE and pension contributionsLiaise with Project Managers to ensure accurate cost coding for budget trackingReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist with management accounts, cash flow forecasting and year-end preparationEnsure compliance with HMRC requirements including CIS submissionsSupport Directors with ad hoc financial reporting and projectsAbout youThe ideal candidate for this position will have:Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction or project-based ..... full job details .....
