Duties: Own day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Xero, including purchase and sales ledgers, invoice processing, coding, supplier/customer queries and expenses management. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and key balance sheet/control accounts, including trade finance facilities, foreign currency balances and related FX transactions, liaising with banks/providers where required. Own the month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, amortisation, fixed asset schedules and preparation through to trial balance. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, with variance analysis and concise commentary for review.
