BOOKKEEPER PERMANENT PART TIME Sapcote, Leicestershire £39,000 FTE (£31,200 pro rata) 30 hours per week 4 or 5 days considered with flexible hours I''m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join a growing organisation based in a beautiful countryside location with excellent parking. This is a hands-on, all-round finance role where you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, working closely with senior management and supporting the wider organisation. The role You''ll have responsibility across the full 360 finance function, including: Managing purchase and sales ledgers Bank reconciliations and management of bank accounts Payroll, pensions, PAYE and P11D Cash flow monitoring and forecasting Monthly management accounts and financial reporting Budgeting and forecasting Financial analysis and presenting key information to senior stakeholders Processing supplier and other payments Maintaining accurate accounting records and financial controls Supporting statutory reporting and year-end accounts Managing financial queries with suppliers and external stakeholders Producing reports and analysis to support business decisions Supporting and working closely with a Finance and Payroll Administrator Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and financial controls What we''re looking for We''re looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of a finance function and enjoys a varied role rather than ..... full job details .....
