You will join a small team and report into the Finance Manager of the company 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Flexible working hours Free onsite parking Pension scheme Role Responsibilities Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and accounting systems Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, payments and receipts Complete regular bank, supplier and ledger reconciliations Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment processing and credit control Prepare VAT returns and assist with month-end and year-end procedures Monitor cash flow, outstanding invoices and incoming payments Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment and account queries Assist with financial reporting and provide information for management accounts Ensure all bookkeeping is completed accurately and within required deadlines Person Specification At least 5 years'' experience working with an all-around accounts or bookkeeper role An AAT qualification or studying towards is...
