Bookkeeper
Reed Accountancy are proud to be working exclusively with a company based in Huddersfield to recruit a Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time, office-based position, working within a small, close-knit team and reporting directly to the business owner. The role offers a varied workload, supporting a diverse portfolio of businessesDuties:Maintain database and keeping all accounting records up to date. The database is linked to a double entry accounting systemPrepare and reconcile budgets and cashflowsMaintain compliance and recordsReconcile receipts against the charges raisedReconcile the various bank accountsUndertake credit control and reporting on debtorsProduce income and expenditure reports and assisting with interpretating theseRecord and process invoices from suppliers and manage the weekly payment runYou will need to demonstrate:Previous experience within a similar roleExperience working within an office environmentAAT qualification (desirable)Computer literate and good communication skillsAbility to work independentlyBenefits:25 days holiday + bank holidaysFree parkingPension scheme4 X death in ..... full job details .....
