      <description>Location: City | Salary: 34000.00-34000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Bookkeeper- Carryduff- Maternity Contract Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving and successful organisation with offices based in Carryduff. Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Office Manager/ Assistant Accountant to join their team to cover a period of maternity. This is a full-time role for a period of 9 months, and the successful applicant will be required to complete the following duties:  Processing weekly payroll, including maintaining holiday entitlement records for all employees ( circa 40 employees) Purchase ledger invoice processing Liaising with suppliers and managing queries Payment runs Managing debt collection and ensuring customer accounts remain up to date Processing online banking transactions and recording payments and receipts on Sage Assisting with online bookings and purchases as required Providing general administrative support across the business  Essential Criteria  Previous experience in a payroll, accounts or finance administration role Experience in Sage Accounts A minimum of three years'' experience completing the above job duties Available to start at short notice  Benefits  Competitive salary of up to £34,000 dependen...</description>
