You will take ownership of a varied client portfolio while contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Portfolio ManagementOversee the day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse range of small, owner-managed businessesMaintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactionsDevelop and sustain strong client relationshipsDigital and Software UtilisationWork extensively with Xero and Dext to manage and streamline workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve processes through technologySupport the adoption of digital tools both internally and with clientsCore Accounting DutiesDeliver comprehensive bookkeeping services including:VAT returnsCredit controlBank reconciliations and ledger managementPayroll knowledge is advantageous but not essentialAccounts SupportAssist in the preparation of management accounts and year-end accountsCollaborate with senior staff on client deliverablesDriving TransformationActively contribute to the shift toward fully digital workflowsPromote modern accounting practices and efficienciesStay up to date with emerging technologies and best practicesCandidate ..... full job details .....
