Bookkeeper
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping needs of multiple clients, working across a range of software including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Dext. Your expertise will be essential in providing accurate and timely financial information to our clients, ensuring their accounts are up to date and compliant with current regulations.What You''ll Be DoingManage bookkeeping for multiple clientsRecord day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processReconcile sales, purchases, and bank accountsMaintain and update fixed asset registersPrepare and submit VAT returnsAssist in the preparation of management accountsCommunicate with clients to gather necessary financial informationSupport clients with software-related queriesCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reportingAlways maintain client confidentiality and data integrityWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in an accountancy practice settingStrong understanding of bookkeeping practices and proceduresAbility to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with VAT returns and payroll processes is advantageousA proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to help with both bookkeeping and administrative ..... full job details .....
